How Is Your Bracket?

Busted. That's all I really have to say. But I must say that I almost had a perfect bracket the first day. Seriously, not even kidding, I was so close until Northwestern thought it was funny to win Vanderbilt. I am still so very salty about it. After that, it all went downhill from there. 

I made two brackets. I am pulling for UCLA and Wisconsin. I would like to give a special shout out to Villanova and say thank you for losing!! Made my day knowing that everyone expected them to win it all. I am surprised that no one believes Wisconsin will even make the final four. They made it last year, what makes you think they won't this year? Oh, and everyone thought Duke was going to win it all, but do not forget the Grayson Allen curse...

Now I have to wait three days for another basketball game! Which game should I watch? I am thinking Arizona vs. Xavier. It's going to be a good game! I will post my game thoughts after the game. 

Gonzaga taken down by BYU

Alright. First, I just need to stay that this was completely unexpected. When I found out BYU lost to UVU, my faith in them diminished. I did not think they were going to have a good season. Yes, they played hard and what not, but nothing was really impressive until this moment. I do believe Gonzaga was overrated, they always are. Gonzaga is usually ranked somewhere in the top 25, but No. 1?? That's saying too much. 

I will be honest, I have not been following basketball as much as I should have. I will definitely get involved once March Madness comes around. My bracket, hopefully, will be an improvement of last year! 

The Sports Blog Poem

To my fellow readers:

You may wonder why I am writing this
To be honest, I would rather give it a goodbye kiss
But this is an assignment I must fulfill
So I hope you enjoy my little spiel

I have Alabama fever
But the colors make me look like I have a fever
Too bad BYU is not competition
But they never have enough completions

Shayne Clarke I hope you enjoy what I have to say
Because this poem will for sure not stay
All I want is to get an A
But my grammar is nothing like bae

None of this is making any sense
The only thing that rhymes with sense is Mike Pence
Don't forget Alabama is great
And never hate
